Manny then picked me up at my hotel the next day to show me more homes that not only was I interested in, but also homes Manny thought might interest me too. Well, it didn't take long on that second day to find my dream home and Manny gave me some valuable negotiation tips in moving forward. Despite the heavy competition, Manny got me my dream home! In addition, Manny has a plethora of wonderful contacts in both home improvements and put me in touch with an amazing broker as well. Manny was incredible throughout the whole process. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Manny was able to help us with them with ease. He was also able to build rapport with the sellers and sellers’ agent to allow for easier and better negotiating, getting us a great deal. Along with that, he introduced us to a lender that helped us get a great rate! I would recommend anyone work with him.
Manny was great! He helped our house buying experience be so much less stressful with his knowledge and persistence! We got the home we wanted! He provided us with other resources, knowing people in other areas to help with inspections, moving, and sold our other home very quickly!
